Hand it over
Send the handover link at the signing. When your buyers accept, the house is theirs, their three months of Premium start, and your access ends.

What does it cost?
Nothing, for agencies. While you prepare a house it runs on Keyra Premium at no cost to you, and your buyers get three months of Premium from you when they take it over. After that they choose a plan themselves, or carry on with the free one.
What happens to our access after the handover?
It ends the moment your buyers accept: you and everyone at your agency lose all access to the house. On your side you keep a record of the handover (the house, the email address it went to and the date) and nothing about how the family uses it.
Do our buyers need an account?
Yes, a free Keyra account with the email address you sent the handover to. They confirm the address, accept, and the house is theirs.
What if our buyers don't accept straight away?
The link stays valid for 90 days. You can send it again or withdraw it, and until they accept, the house stays a draft with your team.
Our buyers come from abroad. Is that a problem?
No. Keyra works in nine languages, and everyone uses it in their own, your buyers included.
Can we include the purchase contract?
Yes. The purchase contract, the energy certificate, floor plans and warranties go into the house as documents and are handed over with it.
