Is Keyra a vacation rental tool?
No. Keyra is built for privately shared and co-owned holiday homes — not for renting to paying guests. There are no booking fees, no public listings, and no channel managers. Just your family and friends coordinating one special place.
How much does Keyra cost?
Keyra has a free plan for getting your home organized, plus paid plans when you need more. Premium is €4.99/month or €50/year for one home you actively share. Pro is €7.99/month or €80/year for co-owned and inherited homes with many owners. Every plan is per home. Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests receive a magic link that opens their stay details, the house manual, checklists and the WiFi password — no app, no sign-up. Access expires automatically after the stay.
Where is my data stored?
Keyra is operated in the European Union and stores data on EU servers, in line with the GDPR. Your house knowledge stays private to your home's members and invited guests.
